We are a well-established, highly regarded private pediatric dental practice in Kansas City, MO, seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Dentist to join our team. Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced provider, you'll be welcomed into a positive, collaborative environment with a strong community reputation and a loyal patient base.
What We Offer:
- Daily guarantee of $1,100–$1,200 (based on experience)
- Flexible schedule: up to 4 days per week, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $2,500 annual CE allowance
- Paid medical malpractice insurance
- Paid state license, BNDD, and DEA
- Supportive team including 3 admin and 5 experienced dental assistants
- Contract structure open to negotiation after year one
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pediatric dental care (including crowns, extractions, and treatment planning)
- Build strong relationships with patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations and excellent patient experiences
