Our candidate will have knowledge in:

Insurance Verification and Billing

2+ years' experience working in a dental office

Knowledge of insurance plans and how insurance works

Uses great communication skills with proper dental terminology

Happily greet patients at their arrival

Maintains and updates patients’ files

Answering phone calls, scheduling and confirmation of appointments

Collecting patient co-pays

Treatment plans/cost to discuss with patients
